Respite means to offer relief and support to a primary caregiver. It could be on a set schedule or on an as needed basis.

Case Management:
A Case Manager coordinates services and acts as a liaison between family members and other care providers, agencies, etc. They schedule appointments, both medical and non-medical. They assist clients with any unforeseen situations. Case Managers are also able to perform physiological evaluations, which entail a mini mental examination to determine cognition, physical and social needs.
